So.. A couple of weeks ago I through a little house party.. And shit GOT REAL!!

I was house sitting for my aunt and unkle, had WAY too much to drink.. passed out, and then got robbed.. I'm NOT even joking guys!!

So, I normally have a saying, "What happens in the Summer, stays in the Summer".. well that kinda changes when you have FUCKING INSANE pictures!! Honestly.. Shit got REAL real!!

We drank punch and champagne from the small champagne glasses to feel like Marie Antoinette.. how delusional, right?!

P.S LET IT BE KNOWN, that I am NOT a cheap drunk.. However when given champagne, I give Kylie Minogue a run for her money, as I become the Pink Fairy.. I'm not even kidding!! I basically turn into a drag queen!!

Playground Love

So I have started college again!! While writing this I am two weeks into my 2nd year of fashion design!!

It's actually TOO crazy to process. I roam the halls feeling slightly superior to the first years.. Like seniors to little kids on the playground.. It's actually rather silly, innit?!! LOLZ

Shit got SO real though, we've made a t-shirt and have done our first storyboards, which was fun, exciting yet still SO challenging..

Our theme was knitwear and basically my collection was called The Virgin Suicides. It was inspired by the Sofia Coppola film and psychiatric institutions for the mentally ill!!

I Am In Love With A Man Named Marc

So lets get personal..



I am in LOVE with a man named Marc.. Th only Marc worth mentioning in fashion, Marc Jacobs, OBVZ!!

From his 1920's Asian fusion inspired collection, to the sugary sweet collection both at Louis Vuitton, Marc has really proved that he is a fashionable force to be reckoned with.. not like that needed proving though!!



In my first year of fashion school, my lecturer said that if you want to be commercial and sell your products, you have to think along the lines of Marc Jacobs, thus he has become my inspiration and current obsession!!



I think what is SO fab about Marc, is that with his two separate labels (the Marc Jacobs line and his creative direction at Louis Vuitton), he has total creative freedom, to do whatever he likes, get inspired by something completely different each season, yet the two collections never intertwine or collide, both have their own creative edge that makes them unique!



I credit Marc Jacobs for introducing the public to the fetish trend. Yes, Riccardo Tisci had been doing it for MANY seasons at Givenchy, Jacobs gave it that approachable and commercial feel, which landed the Fall/Winter 2012 collection on literally almost every cover!!



What I also admire about Jacobs is his strong sense of sexuality. Marc has stripped down for an LV campaign, cross-dressed in the most adorbz Prada outfit ever and let us not forget the MOST AMAZE campaign poster for his menswear cologne, Bang!!



He's a creative genius from his designs to choice of models.. He's everything!!

So remember that time when Mrs. Lisbane found Lux's underwear, and had Kevin Hain's name (the gargbage man.. eww) written all over it.. Well I did the same, in dedicaion to my one true love Marc Jacobs!!
